Who we are

We are a father-and-son team of two who know tube bundle extractors not only as operators, but also as designers. We have worked for two leading manufacturers in the field, Kid Extractor / Idrojet (Italy) and Peinemann (Netherlands), and on refinery and petrochemical shutdowns across Europe.

Marco Senior

In bundle extraction since 2003: Kid Extractor / Idrojet (2003-2017), then Peinemann. Operator and site supervisor; designed and developed special machines for difficult bundles. Has trained extractor operators worldwide: USA, Canada, South America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Languages: Italian and English (native level), German (fluent)

Marco Junior

In bundle extraction since 2017 with Peinemann: operator, rigger and signaller. Took part in the development and construction of new extractors, also as a 3D CAD designer (Autodesk Inventor).

Safety first: the Heide case

At Raffinerie Heide (Germany) some bundles used to be pulled out by hand, at high risk for the workers. For Peinemann, Marco Senior designed a machine that extracts them with no manual work: a dangerous operation eliminated.

What we do

  • Tube bundle extraction and re-insertion with aerial and self-propelled extractors
  • Rigging and signalling for bundle handling
  • Coordination with the client and site supervision
  • Assembly and maintenance of bundle extractors on site
  • Training of extractor operators
  • Special solutions for difficult bundles

  • Equipment on request: one 45 t and two 35 t extractors (bundles up to 9 m) plus a bundle transporter, available for rent through a partner company.
